These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in programs offered by SDR Clinic (“we”, “our”, “us”), a training and mentorship platform designed to help individuals build careers in B2B SaaS sales.

By applying, enrolling, making payment, or accessing any SDR Clinic material, you (“Participant”, “you”) agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

SDR Clinic offers structured, mentorship-led training programs designed to help individuals break into B2B SaaS or advance within it through practical skill development and guided support.

The program may include:

• Live training sessions (group and/or 1:1)
• AI-enabled SDR workflows and outbound playbooks
• Cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach training
• Resume and LinkedIn profile optimisation
• Interview preparation and mock interviews
• Job search strategy and guidance
• Templates, scripts, and proprietary frameworks
• Access to communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp groups)

SDR Clinic is a training and mentorship platform, not a recruitment agency or placement firm.

2. Interview Support (No Job Guarantee)

SDR Clinic provides structured interview preparation and support, which may include mock interviews, guidance across interview rounds, and hiring strategy.

However:

• We do not guarantee job offers, salaries, or employment outcomes
• Hiring decisions depend on your performance, effort, and market conditions
• Outcomes vary based on individual commitment and execution

3. Participant Responsibilities

To gain maximum value from the program, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions regularly
• Complete assigned tasks and exercises
• Actively participate in outreach and job search activities
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Use provided resources responsibly and ethically

Failure to follow the process may impact your results and learning outcomes.

4. Payment Terms

• All program fees must be paid in full before access is granted
• Any installment or deferred payment (if applicable) must be honoured as agreed
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases evaluated at the sole discretion of SDR Clinic.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Lack of participation or incomplete assignments
• Failure to attend sessions
• Partial completion of the program

6. No Outcome Guarantee

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• SDR Clinic does not guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes
• We do not control hiring decisions, company processes, or market conditions
• Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and performance

7. Use of Content & Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including:

• Training content
• Templates, scripts, and frameworks
• Videos and session recordings

are the intellectual property of SDR Clinic.

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or resell any materials
• Reproduce content for commercial use
• Use materials to create competing programs

Violation may result in removal and legal action.

8. Confidentiality

You may receive access to proprietary information, including:

• Training frameworks
• Outreach strategies
• Internal resources

You agree to keep all such information confidential and use it only for personal development.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a professional environment.

Any form of:

• Misconduct
• Harassment
• Disruptive behaviour

may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

10. Scheduling & Sessions

• Sessions are conducted online (e.g., Google Meet)
• Rescheduling may be allowed with prior notice
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to restricted access

11. Limitation of Liability

SDR Clinic shall not be held liable for:

• Hiring outcomes or delays
• Market or industry changes
• Employer decisions
• Individual performance in interviews

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the program fee paid.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in SDR Clinic, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to comply with all conditions outlined
• You understand that this is a training and mentorship program, not a guaranteed placement service
